A new cruise ship of the Oasis class was ordered by Royal Caribbean International in 2016, and it was scheduled to be delivered in early 2021.

Up to the cruise ship industry’s halt because to the Covid-19 pandemic, the new vessel’s construction proceeded according to schedule. Due to multiple shipyard delays and the cruise industry halt from 2020 to 2021, Wonder of the Seas’ delivery is scheduled for early 2022.

Early in 2021, itineraries for the biggest cruise ship in the world became available, and excited travelers were eager to set sail on the brand-new vessel.

Wonder of the Seas was delivered to Royal Caribbean in January 2022.

In March 2022, Wonder of the Seas embarked from her homeport of Port Everglades, Florida, on her inaugural trip.

Eight Different Neighborhoods

Wonder of the Seas has a new Suite Neighborhood in addition to the seven unique communities found on earlier Oasis-class ships.

Navigating the ship’s eight neighborhoods offers a distinct experience.
